customer email replies

if a customer replies to an existing fogbugz case with a "great, thanks for the solution, now I have a new problem!" type email, is there any way to spin off this reply to a new case?

also, if a customer sends a new email (to send a file, attachment, whatever) that actually belongs to an existing case, is there any way to assign the new email to an existing case?

That functionality is not currently in FogBugz, but we'll be looking into it in the future.
