I find it decidedly odd that the screenshot tool does not support public submissions - almost all of our bug reports come in as screenshots; it's the easiest way for non-technical users to communicate what's going on.
Is it just me that considers this a massive oversight? I hadn't even bothered checking this pre-purchase as I'd assumed this was the whole idea of the tool.
Add my vote for public screenshot submission. I, too, assumed since you can have anonymous/public bug reports, that the screenshot tool would work for this as well. In our case, I have a number of lab machines running data acquisition software. I would love to use the screenshot tool to make it easy for users to send me bug reports. These machines don't have an email client on them (for that we use Lotus Notes, arguably a dog of an email client). I guess my other option at the moment is to create a generic user in FB, and let them sign in that way.
