What happens if the case is closed?

If its a bug and the orignator replies again?

If its an inquiry and the customer replies again?

This might be in the FB4 doc, but I've had no luck finding it yet.

Case is reopened, and the email is appended, and assigned to the primary contact (or whoever you set it to be assigned to as if it was a new case).
