Grouping only applies to bugs, right?

Hi there,

Automatically grouping identically named bugs looks great, but I also get a fair number of app-generated inquiries all named "1.03-Technical Support Request"

Does grouping only apply to bugs, not inquiries? Or is there a way to make this selective?

You wouldn't want emails being appended to one case just because they have the same subject line. We have auto emails that go out, say, when someone purchases something, and we get replies to these, where the subject is always the same, but these email replies have nothing to do with eachother.

Can you switch your app to utilize bugzscout instead of sending emails?

As per 30,000, I will be channeling bugz via scount; unless they are offline when the bug happens. Those will go via email when they reconnect, then get changed into bugs at my end.

I can turn inquiries into bugs in FB 4 right?

Yes, you can turn inquiries into bugs.  If you are using bugzscout and you want unique cases, there is a "forcenewbug" flag... but I would just generate unique description fields...
