A forum for technical support discussion related to Fogbugz.
We (IT group) are interesting in using it to track requests from staff - problems, general requests, etc.. I've looked at possibly using Fogbugz for this before and it's _so_ _close_...
At this point, I have two questions:
does anyone reading this have any experience using FogBugz as a help desk tool?
is there a way to assign a client to each bug?
