Fogbugz 4.0 doesn't detect current install

We currently have Fogbugz 3.0 installed.

When i run the setup for 4.0 it doesn't detect version 3.0.

How does the installer detect previous versions?

Is there more information I can provide?

Have you removed files from the 3.0 install?  Like images?

It's asking IIS for a list of sites on the computer, then asking IIS what directory they are each in, then looking in those directories for files which smell like FogBugz :)

Can you see your existing FogBugz install in IIS Manager?

I think there was a bug that 4.0.9 installations looked to the SETUP program like 1.0/2.0 installations but it still found them and upgraded them OK.

IIS was unable to enumerate the directories.

Repairing IIS fixed this problem.
