Customer Responding to Case E-Mail in the CC field

We are evaluating the trial version of FogBugz 3.0. We have provided our cusomer's the email address to use to add information into a particular case. Sometimes, the customer will put that email address into the CC field. These emails are silently discarded.

Has this been changed in 4.0??

This is only a problem with the trial.  This is not a problem in version 3.x or 4.x.  The reason is our mailserver will not accept the special address try+xxxxx@fogcreek.com in the CC field of an email, so the message unfortunately disappears into a black hole.  It's our mailserver software, not FogBugz.
