Tickets for customer service

Hi,

We love the tickets, but need to be able to add them to New Case > Email.

We can see that using snippets, you can pass the {ticket} in replies, and in edits.

Could we edit the JSRgSnippet function to show the ticket number where we want to instigate an email from FB?

This would add significant functionality to FB and make our lives wonderfully easy:

It would allow us to capture phone calls and send email confirmations containing the ticket link.
