Multiple e-mails for a project

Folks,

It would be nice if we could have multiple e-mail addresses for a project, e.g. one for actual bug reports, and one for inquiries, and a third of feature requests.

E.g. I'd like to have
bugs@myproject.com --> create an entry as a "bug" in "My Project"

inquiry@myproject.com --> create an entry as an "inquiry" in "My Project"

feature@myproject.com --> create an entry as a "feature" in "My Project"

Has something like that shown up in Fogbugz 6 ? I can't seem to find any reference to it, and don't seem to find any way to do it in the admin UI, either.

Thanks!
Marc

You can't change an incoming email to a Bug or Feature, they're always Inquiries.

The closest you can get is to setup a mailbox for each email addess and use the Manual sort rather than Autosort in each to put the cases into the right project under a different Area, Fix For and Priority etc.

So your bug@myproject.com could be directed into:

Project: My Project
Area: New Bugs
Fix For: ASAP
Priority: 1 - Must Fix
Open as: Administrator
Assign to: Support Manager's Name

Whereas your feature@myproject.com could be directed into:

Project: My Project
Area: New Feature Request
Fix For: Undecided
Priority: 3 - Must Fix
Open as: Administrator
Assign to: Development Manager's Name

And something else for inquiries.
