I understand you can enter a "schedule item" to sort of handle time tracking for "other" tasks, but I'd really like to see this be expanded.
Target Process will allow me to enter a "custom" time task on the fly. While I don't like how they implement it because they expect me to pre-estimate a custom time entry, it is nice to be able to just go to my timesheet, click to add a new task and say "In a meeting" for a particular client and record my time.
To go along with this, I also think the reporting of time needs to be vastly improved. I'm only a one-man shop, but I need to be able to easily pull up end of month or end of iteration reports about how much I need to charge each of my clients. Its critical that I can get this informaiton quickly and accurately - since this is how I get paid.

Time tracking is currently used as an accessory to Evidence-Based Scheduling, but we're listening to our customers to see what else they want to do with this feature, including the ability to do billing.
As a workaround, you can use the API command of listIntervals (http://www.fogcreek.com/FogBugz/docs/60/topics/advanced/API.html) to get that information from FogBugz. http://www.fogcreek.com/FogBugz/kb/howto/RunReports.html shows one method of using Excel in combination with the API.
