A forum for technical support discussion related to Fogbugz.
When printing with FogBugz, I've noticed that many times some of the text is cut off at the page transitions. e.g. One line of text will be cut in half (and not always continued on the following page either).
This can happen too on cases printed to a PDF (using PDFCreator).
I can provide an example privately to the FogBugz Support if needed.
Indeed this is far from perfect in FogBugz, needs attention, please put this high on the list for the next version. Printing differs among browsers (IE6 & FF2).
As far as I can see FB does not use a CSS print stylesheet for this. That would be very nice, in this way you can make perfect print-pages.
Examples are easy: try to print a case with different browsers :-).

FogBugz does use a separate print stylesheet which strips the chrome like the menu bar.
And, wow, you're right - it's screwing things up. I hadn't printed out a FogBugz page in a while, and apparently we did something recently that's messing things up. I'll get a developer to take a look.
We found this issue (we did break the print stylesheet recently) and are working on a fix. It will be available soon via the next release.
In the meantime, if you must have a fix immediately, you can open up your styles.asp and search for "overflow-x" (there are only two instances in the file).
You want to remove the "overflow-x" line which sits directly below a "word-wrap: break-word" line.
Before you make any modifications to styles.asp, please make a copy so you can restore this backup if anything goes wrong.
Thanks for the swift actions Eric! :-)
