We support a web application that is installed on a client's intranet. We would like to integrate ScoutSubmit to send us reports of code exceptions, but their firewall blocks outbound http access from the web server.
As a workaround, we are sending errors as emails to a support pop box which we then pull into Fogbugz, however it creates new cases for each instance of an error - rather than grouping similar bugs together like ScoutSubmit does so nicely.
Would it be possible for Fogbugz to group together email inquiries by subject line - this is especially useful when the email is programmatically generated?
This is not supported, because most people wouldn't want emails being appended to one case just because they have the same subject line. We have auto emails that go out, say, when someone purchases something, and we get replies to these, where the subject is always the same, but these email replies have nothing to do with eachother.
