Excluding addresses from spam categorization

How can I exclude a particular address or domain from being categorized as spam by FB?

We provide online backup services for our customers. Daily, our monitoring systems email our support address to warn our staff of backups that arent being done by customers regularly, or for expired temporary backup accounts that need to be cleaned up.

There are often 40-50 of these emails each week from our automated systems. Our FB has already marked them as spam, so I have to manually find them (via the notification email I get) and change them to non-spam and then assign them to the proper staffer.

Id like to exclude that address (and possibly others) from FB's spam catcher. How can I do that?

Move them out of the spam category and the bayesian system will learn that they are not spam.  (It will pick up on things such as the content and the senders domain name).
