& in bugscout report terminates

Looks like if a & text submitted through bugscout, that's where it stops "recording".

This was the thing that was making me think there was some limit to how big the stack trace might be.  It turns out, if you have a function with a & in the signature (assuming you are dumping args, this happens) it will cut off right there in the version of the data that fogbugz shows.

You need to encode the data prior to sending it over to FogBugz ScoutSubmit. You can do this simply using the following method:

private string Encode(string input)
{
  return System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlEncodeUnicode(input);
}

But System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlEncodeUnicode(input) isn't avaialble for clients is it?  That's an ASP thing, right?

Use Server.URLEncode in ASP.  The above code fragment is for C#.

No, what I mean is... this isn't ASP.  I'm using C#, but when I try what you suggest I get...

C:\dev\SimuBugCatcher\SimuBugCatcher\CatchForm.cs(393): The type or namespace name 'HttpUtility' does not exist in the class or namespace 'System.Web' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Ahh, sorry - you need to add reference to System.Web to your project. Don't worry, it won't affect anything and will work flawlessly on your client's machine.
