Just upgraded from 3.x to 4.x and so far so good. However I wanted to drop a few feature requests on you that I was holding back on until i saw the new release.
Due Dates: Great new feature. However it defaults to 8:05AM if I don't specify a time. Normally I don't care what time they get things done as long as they get done in a particular day. Is there a way to not specify the time portion of the due date, or at least default it to midnight or something?
Filters: On several items there needs to be a NOT operator. For example I want to filter for everything that is NOT resolved. Even better would be a way to filter for multiple values (Fix For A or B)
Logins: I would love to not have to maintain a separate set of passwords for this and just link to the users NT account.
Grid: Would be nice to be able to sort or group by various fields. Right now, whether it sorts or groups by the column header you click is determined only by the pre-defined rules for that field. For example, I can't find a way to sort by status without grouping on it.
Configurable grid columns: Really love it, however I would like to be able to save a column layout with a particular filter.
Edit form: Move the title, area and project down under the blue bar with the rest of the fields. In the current position it is extemely easy to miss them and forget to enter them.
Departments: Love them. Don't like the assumption that Administrators can modify and edit all cases for all departments. I understand that an admin could easily give themselves rights to another department and then see or edit things in that department, but I would prefer they have to explicitly do that to prevent mistakes.

"Everything that is NOT resolved" is the same as "Status = Active" so just filter on active bugs.
