We have a fair number of cases that were opened by a user who is now inactive. Since the user is inactive, notification e-mails are no longer being sent.
We would like notification e-mails regarding the case to go to a currently active user that we specify. How do we do this?
The problem is, none of the cases are assigned to the originator. They are *opened by* the originator.
But in the filters page, the drop down list for Open By does not include the inactive user. The drop down list for Assigned To does include them, but Open By doesn't.
