Submitting using BugScout.Dll causes links to unrelated cases.

I have integrated the dll to make submissions of errors and suggestion easy for one of our internal apps.

When a case is submitted, the new cases seems to create links to a whole bunch of other cases which are not even related.

Any idea what causes this?

It uses the correspondent field to link related cases.  Why is your correspondent field always odin?

Is there a way to disable correspondent linking?

Not all the related cases showing up on the "See Also" have me as the correspondent. They are COMPLETELY unrelated to the new bug submitted.

What does the sCustomerEmail field in the database say for the bug you are looking at that has all the See Also's?  Then what does it say for the other cases sCustomerEmail field?
