Add Due Date to FB email case assigned alert

Hi Team,

When a case is assigned to a user they get an email from FB that includes the FROM, #, TITLE, etc, of the case filed.

This doesn't include due date. That seems like an odd field to leave off. Is there a way to add it?

Hmmm.  It does seem attractive to be able to offer this.  Can't really speak to it being left off, as you're the first one to ask for it to be included!  I'll file a feature.

Sorry, do you mean in the notification "A case was opened and assigned to you" or in the "Thanks for your submission" autoreply.  Either way, it's good info to have.
