Buy 1 server or multiple?

I am in the middle of evaluating FogBugz as a task/bug tracking tool for my department. Within my department, we have multiple projects for multiple customers. We are currently running 1 server with multiple projects. Whenever someone submits a bug, it defaults to the Inbox where 1 person needs to then sort that bug or feature into the appropriate project.

Is there a way to set a default project for each user? If I'm only on ProjectA, then when I submit a bug while logged in, that should automatically go to ProjectA.

What is the typical approach for handling multiple projects like this?

Thanks.

Not per person, but you could make them their own "submission" pages by using this trick:
