Email when case assigned away from you.

Am I missing something, but why don't I get an email when a case that is currently assigned to me, is then assigned to someone else?

I'd still like to know about cases I don't need to do any more, or have gone back for clarification.

Ray,

I think what Ian was getting at is that if a case is assigned to you, no one should be touching that case unless they talk to you first.  So part of the problem may just be the social aspect of understanding who is responsible for a case.

The flipside is that if we notified you whenever a case was UN assigned to you, 99% of the time it would be you doing the unassigning -- meaning you wouldn't get a notification as expected -- but that 1% of the time when someone swiped it, I could see it being very useful to know that.  So your feature request might actually work very well.
