Importing FogBugz On-Demand cases into hosted FogBugz

We recently acquired licenses to install FogBugz in our server (Windows, MySql)

We previously had 3 FogBugz On-Demand accounts with different users and cases.

I have seen the doc to import one mysql.sql file (by dropping and creating de DB).

What is the recommended procedure to import the second and third .sql files?

There isn't one.  The problem is the referential integrity for all the cases, users, projects, areas.  So just a database conversion won't work.  You'd actually have to use the API to pull the cases out, and then push them back in to the other db.
