We are unable to get notifications to work when submitting via Scout despite having a different user specified as the ScoutUserName than the user who ultimately gets assigned the case in FogBugz. FogBugz Version 4.0.31 (DB 469)
We have an HTML form where customers can submit trouble tickets. In the web-form:
ScoutUserName = "Unnassigned"
ScoutProject = "Inbox"
ScoutArea = "Unnassigned"
In FogBugz proper the user "Jim" is the Primary Contact for the "Inbox" project.
A case gets submitted, and Fogbugz automatically assigns it to "Jim", but leaves it in the Inbox Project and Unnassigned Area as expected.
Why doesn't Jim get an email when he is assigned the case?
