Tracking if a UI change occured so documentation can be updated

Hi there,

A question came up in one of our meetings about how development makes changes to the UI based on features added or bugs fixed which then have to be pushed to the documentation team.

Is there a way so that the documentation team knows if the manuals have to be updated by looking into fogbugz and that release?  We are using the 2 fields for other information so that won't help.

You can either create a virtual user for the Documentation team, or a custom status.  You can also easily spawn off a related case to assign to the documentation team.
