We're often finding that FogBugz stops importing mail for some of our mailboxes.
Once we've logged in as the site administrator, and click the link on the error message, emails are once again imported, which feels like a kludge.
Why does this keep on happening? What do you recommend we look for?

The error message is as follows:
The Fog Creek Maintenance Service has reported an error. - Hide Notification
05/14/2009 05:11:45 PM CEST: A message is stuck in mailbox email@example.com on server mail.yyy.com. Use Outlook Express to clear this message so FogBugz can continue. Click here to have FogBugz begin importing your mail from this mailbox again.
... we click on the link, mail is once again imported. But this "stuck mail" does not happen for all mailboxes (we have about 20 which are picked up by FogBugz), which makes me think that it's not a global problem.
