Problem viewing text in included e-mails

    I am using FogBugz Version 6.1.44.  I have just started using it frequently since our company upgraded to this version from an older version of the app.  We have a pretty large database of cases.  I noticed a problem when trying to view one of my cases.  When I view the case in the table view, FogBugz will show a summary of the text I had added to the case from an e-mail reply using Microsoft Outlook 2007.  However, when I view the case in the detailed view, I see the e-mail but all of the text above my salutation (I added a double return and then said Thanks, Bryan) is missing.

Is this a known issue?  Will there be an fix for this any time soon?  I know the text is in the database because I see it in the summary view, it is just not being displayed in its entirety in the Detailed view.  This makes the app much less useful because I lose access to information in each case.

This is not a known issue.  We haven't heard it from any other customer. I'll contact you directly to get it resolved.

Unfortunately, I was told I could not post any screen shots since the views display potentialy sensitive information in regards to my company's work.  All I can say is that I see in the list view I see the case seems to have a summary that includes text from an e-mail reply I had made quite a while ago (probably before we upgraded to the new FogBugz version--although I can't remember exact details about which version).  But when I click on the detailed view in the case, the text from my latest reply is not present in the e-mail body.
